Weaning bread: when to introduce it.

However, pediatricians have confirmed that the use of bread can be introduced without problems starting from 5 months of life through the first baby food, or in small crumbs.

In the early stages of weaning to avoid the risk of suffocation we can give a piece of toast or crusty bread or even a biscuit to nibble.

Which bread to choose?
